Admission procedures for new students
Parents to enroll their children must complete the application form at any time during the school year. The student will then be scheduled for the admission exam by the school administration. The admission exam will be in the English language and includes (English, mathematics, science, and Arabic language).
A student will be accepted into the school if:
- Pass the entrance exam. If they do not pass, they may be allowed to retake the test at the school's discretion.
- He must be within the appropriate age group for the grade he is applying to, in accordance with the requirements of the Saudi Ministry of Education.
- There is an available vacancy in the grade to which one is applying.
Requirements for the student’s age upon enrollment
Our school adheres to the age requirements as set by the rules and regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Education.
Post-admission requirements
- An original and copy of the Saudi ID card or residence ID (residency) for non-Saudis for the student and both parents.
- Original and copy of the passport of the student and both parents.
- Original and copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Original and copy of the vaccination certificate.
- 6 recent personal photos of the student (4*3).
- Students transferred from regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Mecca must obtain the last report card certified by the Ministry of Education.
- Students transferring from schools outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must obtain the latest report card certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Cultural Attaché in their country.
